Campaign Producers is responsible for the personal information you submit through our enquiry, Story Blueprint access and Collective application forms.
What we do with it
We use it to respond to enquiries, provide the Story Blueprint path you request, understand interest in the Blueprint, assess applications, manage the Collective and contact suitable specialists about paid work. If you actively select the optional newsletter box, we also use your email address to send the Campaign Producers newsletter and occasional updates about our services. We rely on our legitimate interests in administering requests and on your consent for newsletter emails.
How we look after it
Your form information is stored in Google Workspace and shared only with authorised Campaign Producers personnel and service providers who need it. The Story Blueprint separately saves your working answers and progress only in your browser so you can continue on that device; those story answers are not submitted to Campaign Producers. You can clear that device copy by clearing the site data in your browser. We use Cloudflare security checks, basic email-domain checks and short-lived pseudonymous rate-limit records to protect our forms from automated abuse. These checks are used only for security and are not used for marketing. Expired rate-limit records are removed during subsequent form submissions. We keep request records only while needed for these purposes or required by law. If you unsubscribe, we may retain the minimum information needed to honour that choice and avoid adding you again.
Analytics and cookies
If you accept analytics, we use Google Analytics to understand visits, engagement and which links or campaigns brought people to the site. This may include page views, approximate location, device and browser information, and actions such as opening the Story Blueprint. We do not send names, email addresses or Blueprint answers to Google Analytics. Analytics stays off until you accept, advertising storage remains disabled, and you can change your choice at any time using the Cookie settings button.
Your rights
You can ask to access, correct or delete your information, restrict or object to its use, withdraw newsletter consent or unsubscribe at any time. Every newsletter includes an unsubscribe route. Email henk@campaignproducers.com.
